Scheinfeld Nursing Home

Integrated into the structure of a small town and surrounded by mature trees, the new construction of a modern 93-bed nursing home was designed to answer a medium-term supply shortfall and offer attractive accommodations for older residents.
Each story offers various additional features such as common rooms and outdoor terraces.
The rooms themselves are bright and generously sized. The ground floor houses a friendly public area with a cafeteria and garden for both visitors and residents. An ample entrance approach welcomes visitors and gives basic orientation. Warm materials on the façade contrast with white and colored areas and subdivide the structure externally into its areas of utilization.
