With the conversion of a 7,200 m² former production hall, Schaeffler’s own tool shop was merged into a Tool Technology Center. Due to the high proportion of technical systems, the implementation of the overall project was carried out as part of the general planning in a FM-compliant BIM – model with the Revit 2022 software.
