Dispute resolution
The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025; a reference to it is therefore deliberately omitted. We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
