The urban design converts a former production site into a multifunctional research and development campus, which also offers space for high-tech production, assembly, test stands and goods distribution. Existing building fabric is to be integrated into the overall measures as far as possible. The quarter is divided into four clusters, all clusters are connected by bridges, which allow the interconnection and thus the formation of larger coherent use units.

The central campus area is formed by a wide passageway, which acts as a link to the adjacent areas across the quarters. Various cafés, restaurants and stores for daily needs are located on it. The open space provides an outdoor experience with a variety of different offerings to meet and relax.
The design was created as a BIM model in Autodesk Revit.
